How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?

Should I vacuum my floors before the cleaning?
Yes, definitely! Most carpet dirt is dry debris (sand, grit, dust, pet hair) that vacuuming removes easily. These non-soluble types of debris do not clean out of your carpet well once they are wet (from our steam). You should always pre-vacuum for a better result.
Can you remove all stains?
Most stains respond very well to professional cleaning and pre-treatment. Some older or set-in stains (bleach damage, certain dyes) may be permanent. We assess every stain honestly before we begin — no false promises.
Do you move furniture before cleaning?
We move light furniture such as chairs and small tables at no extra charge. We ask that large, heavy items like beds, dressers, and entertainment centers be cleared in advance. But we don't have to have the furniture removed to clean, we can go around large pieces. Our team can confirm details when scheduling.
